Laughing Charlie serves door to door service through direct shipping from producer to customer.

Delivery method, Shipping cost and Timeframe

Upon order confirmation, your package will be dispatched to our courier partners within 1 business days.
You can expect your delivery within the above time frame (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners). You shall examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages.
Return Policy
Refund/Exchange Process
Please contact our customer service team and follow these steps to better handle your return request.
Please provide the following information to our customer service team's email at boosters@boosters.kr
1. Name and Order number (can be found in member account).
2. Reason for refund
3. The name and quantity of the item to be refunded
4. Photo (ex. defective parts or full package showing missing content)
5. Indicate whether the product has been unsealed or opened.
* If you wish to return a product, please include the phrase "I want a return" in the e-mail.
This policy applies only to defective or unopened items, and exchanges and refunds due to the consumer's simple change of mind are not allowed.
1.After the product arrives, the inside of the product is found to be expired, missing, inaccurate or damaged; For exchange and refund requests, please send product photos and reasons to boosters@boosters.kr within 7 business days of receipt. Otherwise, Laughing Charlie reserves the discretion to deny any request or claim. All return and refund requests may be rejected by the Laughing Charlie CS team. Laughing Charlie is not responsible for any loss, liability, cost or damage during the exchange and refund process. Wrapping Charlie reserves the right to deduct a fee of up to SGD 15 upon refund.
* Shipping fees and promotional items are not refundable.
* Return/refund is only possible once per order. Laughing Charlie reserves the right to refuse subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order and product thereafter.
* All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are safe and undamaged during the return process.
